Difficulties to eat immediately after waking up or no time to eat?

We have some tips:

  1. Put your breakfast in a box and consume it while sitting in the train or when you arrive at work.
  2. Prepare your breakfast the evening before. If you put it in the refrigerator, don’t forget to take it out! Put a post-it on your jacket or bag!
  3. Prepare healthy food you can easily take out, like a muffin, cake,…
  4. Take the time for your breakfast. Eating fast will result in eating more. Food tastes much better when you take the time to enjoy and taste.
