Difficulties to eat immediately after waking up or no time to eat?
We have some tips:
- Put your breakfast in a box and consume it while sitting in the train or when you arrive at work.
- Prepare your breakfast the evening before. If you put it in the refrigerator, don’t forget to take it out! Put a post-it on your jacket or bag!
- Prepare healthy food you can easily take out, like a muffin, cake,…
- Take the time for your breakfast. Eating fast will result in eating more. Food tastes much better when you take the time to enjoy and taste.
